Through yoga, meditation, creative workshopping and time spent in nature, we will provide a space where you can find the freedom to explore self-growth, embrace imperfection, and reconnect with your creativity.

10.00 - 10.15 - Welcome Circle with Natural Electrolyte Mocktail

10.15 - 11.30 - Secret Garden Soul Flow

11.30 - 12.00 - Walled Garden Mindful Walk

12.00 - 13.00 - Lunch in the Orangery

13.30 - 14.30 - Let Yourself Bloom Floral Workshop

14.30 - 15.00 - Refreshments with Herbal Infused Tea

15.00 - 16.00 - Yin Yoga, & Connecting to Joy Meditation

Release

The day will begin with Yoga, led by Hannah, the founder of the Mind Garden Studio. You will be guided through a heart-led and accessible flow, jewelled with gentle, hands-on assists. 

Revitalise

You will then have time to explore Kelmarsh’s beautiful walled garden in its full Spring abundance.

Return to the Orangery for a revitalising, botanical lunch, prepared by Julia, the founder of Scandi Coffee.

Reconnect

Reconnect with your creativity through a Floral Wellbeing Workshop with Pippa Robertson.  Pippa will introduce you to a medley of colourful, scented blooms and gently guide you to create a wild and beautiful hand-tied bouquet.

Finally, Hannah will close with a gentle yin class to soothe the body, before guiding you through a ‘Reconnecting to Joy’ meditation in Savasana.

This is not an escape.  This is an evolution.  We will provide you with tools that will allow you to maintain a sense of joy beyond our time together so you can continue to blossom in your daily life.

Meet Your Hosts

Julia / scandi coffee co.

Julia is the owner of scandi coffee co. - a small chain of Scandinavian coffee shops where she also works as a baker. With a background in nutrition and health education her biggest passion is wellness and to create colourful, healthy savouries and sweets. Julia grew up in Sweden and for that reason she puts a Scandinavian emphasis on everything she creates.

Hannah / Mind Garden Studio

Hannah is an Advanced Yoga Teacher who is passionate about helping her wonderful clients find their way back to themselves through a blend of Yoga, Meditation, nature and gratitude practice.

Pippa / Pippa Robertson Studio

Pippa is a florist with a background in design and styling. She has a paired back and whimsical style, greatly influenced by nature, organic materials and her own cutting garden. She works closely with the seasons, and sources british flowers as much as possible in her designs
